PTG, along with several other financial services trade associations, have filed an amicus brief in response to another US Federal Trade Commission appeal of a prior decision involving the FTC's final rule that would have banned nearly all noncompete agreements in the US.

The appeal in this instance is in Ryan LLC et al v. FTC and is being heard in the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
