In a letter filed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the PTG welcomed the opportunity to participate in the Modernization Review and commended FINRA for undertaking this worthwhile initiative.
In a letter filed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the PTG welcomed the opportunity to participate in the Modernization Review and commended FINRA for undertaking this worthwhile initiative. FIA PTG provided 15 examples of FINRA rules that would benefit from review and updating to better reflect the current marketplace.
